International Women’s Day Workshop: Compare Less, Create More

Free yourself from the comparisons you make with other women and step into your feminine power to create the life you desire.

In world where being ‘the best’ is prized above all, it is sometimes hard to live without comparing ourselves to others.

Join us – Eimear Rigby and Jen Murphy – for a powerful workshop where we will combine two transformational practices to help us drop the judgement of ourselves and the incessant need to measure ourselves against others.

Using Kundalini yoga, breathwork and meditation, we will work to gently clear blocks that cause us to believe we are in competition with each other, so we can see the capacity we have to create the lives we want, as part of a global movement of empowered women.

Kundalini Yoga: Kundalini yoga is like wellness on tap. Turn on the faucet for even 3 minutes a day and you can calm your nervous system and develop the skills to thrive in modern life. Sometimes called the “Mother of all yogas”, this ancient technology is said to be 16 times more potent than other yoga traditions as it works holistically on your body, mind and spirit.

Theta Healing®: Theta Healing is a versatile energy healing technique that can be used to help clear the mental, emotional and physical blocks that prevent us from living the life we dream of. Using a powerful visualisation you will be invited to enter a deeply relaxed state. From here, you can harness the power of your intuition and the creative energy that surrounds us to attract more of what you desire into your life.

To book your place, please email  eimear.rigby@gmail.com. You will then receive payment link and once payment is made your place will be secured.

5% of all monies received will be donated to Women’s Aid.

This event is open to all adults aged 18+.  No prior experience is required. We have blankets and cushions, but we suggest bringing a spare blanket if you’d like to be extra cosy.

We will have water and tea available on the day but suggest you bring a bottle of water to help keep you hydrated.

Cancellation policy: 14 days’ notice is required to cancel your place for a full refund. After that the full workshop charge applies.
